Pre-Condition
This patient has a full upper denture and 6 teeth on the lower arch. Those 6 teeth are in a bad situation and the patient did not want another denture on the lower. We decided to go with an All-on-6 implant denture hybrid case.

Before
Same Day
6 implants were placed on the same day with extractions. Temporary prosthesis was screwed on to the implants.
6 Months Later
Permanent prosthesis with titanium bar inside is screwed onto the implants.
Procedures
The whole area was anesthesized (numb). All the teeth on the lower arch were extracted, bone was trimmed, and 6 implants were placed right after. A previously prepared denture was converted to a hybrid and then screwed onto those 6 implants. All of these things were done in one day (8 hours).
6 months later, a final prosthesis was fabricated with titanium bar inside and screwed onto those 6 implants.
